that math is the purest science, and once mastered, ones cognitive
reach knows no limit. The services offered here at PremiereLogic are geared towards cultivating the logical and critical thinker in each student, and equipping them with incessant intellectual devices, which will aid in their academic development. Our services are also geared towards creating philomathic students, all from the comfort of their own home.
PremiereLogic is a web based tutoring application geared
towards educating students about the fundamentals of
Mathematics and equipping them with the right skillset
to critically analyze, assess and evaluate mathematical problems. Along with Mathematics, we also offer courses in Information Technology, and Physics.
Education is not only the knowledge of facts, but it is also how you train
the mind to think. Our goal is to help students unlock their true potential
to reason, critically assess and deliver only the best of
what the mind can offer.
Backstory – My name is Odane Peck, a computer scientist with a strong passion
for Mathematics and Computer Science. Having already passed through Primary,
Secondary and Tertiary level education, I believe that the best way for one to
completely understand the true science of mathematics is to improve how one thinks.
As a CSEC, CAPE, SAT and IGCSE exam preparation consultant, I have found that the
number one issue students experience at this level, is the ability to
critically assess and evaluate Mathematical problems. Students seem to try the
conventional pattern matching and regurgitation as opposed to thinking through problems.
As a result of these findings, I established PremiereLogic to equip youngsters with
the tools necessary to assist them in opening their minds to critical thinking.
PremiereLogic provides four (4) basic services that will indeed manifest the critical thinker
in all it’s students. For any single course, we offer two (2) virtual tutoring sessions per week. Each session will run for a two (2) hour duration. Students will be assigned weekly tasks that should be completed within a week of it being assigned. There will also be Bi-Weekly tests for each student. The answers provided by students on their individual assignments and exams will form as input for our PremiereLogic Algorithm and the output of this Algorithm will illustrate each student’s strengths and weaknesses. From here, we will assist each student with building on their strengths, and improving on their weaknesses.
